Pumpkins are a kind of squash native to North America. It can be cooked in sweet and savoury recipes. Pumpkin seeds are loaded with goodness, and so is the oil that we cold-press from them. Pumpkin seed oil is rich in the essential fatty acids omega 3 and 6 and is high in Vitamin E.
